This is a series of five songs for soprano voice and piano – Ogrody dzieciństwa / Martwa natura / Narodziny liryki / Jeszcze kilka pieśni / Od liści po obłoki – composed for the lyrics of Włodzimierz Słobodnik. Uniform music and the texture matching technical possibilities are characteristic for this piece. The second version of this composition was transcripted for solo soprano and orchestra (1967).
