The piece was composed at the commission of harp player Prof. Janina Rzeszewicz, who introduced the composition into educational repertoire of higher music schools in Åódź and Warsaw. This is simple composition similar in form to rondo. Melodic and harmonic forms are diatonic and moderately modern.
